Phase one of the development involved the conversion of charming Grade II listed Pump House into 3no individual homes. Special attention was required with it being a significant landmark in the Prenton area. Each dwelling benefited from a large entrance hall that lead to a separate Kitchen, W.c and Living Room on the Ground Floor. Upstairs a generous landing provided access to three bedrooms with an Enuite and Dress provided to the Master Bedroom. Whilst providing a modern standard of living special attention was also required with the historical nature of the building.

Phase two comprised of 6no new build detached dwellings over three floors together with integral garage with a study / games room over. Again to complement the Grade II listed pump house generous hallway and landings were provided to each floor. The ground floor provides a modern standard of living with a large open plan Kitchen / Dining and Family area to the rear of the property with a separate Living Room located at the front. With the top two floors furnished with four large double bedrooms and Ensuite facilities, all finished to a high standard.
