Tasked with providing a central courtyard feature to complement the high-quality apartments that surrounded it, with each having its own individual viewpoint. Set over various levels, all with easy access with the focal point being an impressive water wall together with an array of seating areas. After discussions with the client, modern contemporary design was thought to be the best way forward.
