A referral from a previous client brought us an interesting Grade II listed project steeped with history dating back to the 1600’s. Our client wished to renovate and extend the existing dwelling to the rear and bring it up to a more modern standard of living which also took into consideration the existing fabric of the building. To give you an idea of the works involved I have attached a few pics of the ‘before and after’ to show the sympathetic design to the host dwelling.
