2. Planning Stage

In this stage, we have a few goals to work through together. Here are what we’ll be working through, and in what order:

1. Measured survey
2. Drawing up of existing floor plan and elevations – scale 1:50
3. Drawing up of proposed floor plan and elevations – scale 1:50
4. Purchase of location plan and block plan
5. Prep and submission of the planning application on your behalf
6. Liaise with case officer during the planning stage

Please note that my fee doesn’t include the planning app fee to your council, approx £236-00
